We're trying to increase
efficiency - is it acceptable to unwrap all of our paper ahead
of time, making it easier to retrieve when we need it for our
Kodak Nexpress?
That's not the best plan, because the labels and paper needs
to be protected from contaminants like dust. Store unused substrate
flat, wrapped in original packaging, and leave unopened reams
in the shipping carton for maximum protection.
We have limited space and are always looking for creative ways
to store our unused paper and labels. What's the best way to
stack substrate that we don't need yet?
If you must stack, make sure to place the cartons or reams carefully
on top of one another (reams on reams, cartons on cartons),
to keep from crushing the edges or causing other damage.
